Overview: The past 15 years have been full of challenges and opportunities in Central America, Colombia, and most recently in Mexico. Our projects have included assisting customers in Costa Rica with establishing humanitarian assistance organizations, assisting countries in Central America with designing training programs and executing disaster relief exercises, refurbishing schools and clinics in Colombia, and deploying world class information systems in Colombia to support the Ministry of Defense and a project management system in Mexico to support a $1.6 billion program. Our team has recruited, trained, and led teams comprised of subject matter experts in facilities maintenance, architect and engineering, IT (including business intelligence, analytics, virtualization and cloud computing), and general logistics. We have managed and supported IT and facilities projects in Mexico (6-years; two separate periods), Costa Rica (3-years), Panama (4.5-years), and Colombia (7.5-years). 

Core Competencies: Our team has worked on dozens of U.S. Department of State (DoS) and Department of Defense projects overseas. This team is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and understands the U.S. government interests and political sensitivities. We have supported the U.S. government in Mexico and Latin America under personal services contracts; purchase orders, other contract mechanisms. We are presently supporting projects in Mexico and Colombia, through government contracts, purchase orders, and other mechanisms.

Information Technology: Our Company's primary focus is to provide the U.S. federal government in Latin America with information technology and project management (PM) services. Our Team is presently assisting the U.S. federal government with upgrading a project management system and a document digital library. We understand the IT and PM needs of U.S. and other governments operating in Latin America. Additionally, our company coordinates with local partners to provide U.S. Embassies localized services.

Facilities and Infrastructure Services: Through personal services contracts, purchase orders, and independent consultant agreements, and other contract mechanisms, our team has designed, planned, and executed refurbishment of schools, clinics, military and police facilities, and provided facilities maintenance services for the U.S. government in Latin America for the past 15 years. Some of these projects have included supporting the U.S. Southern Command Humanitarian Assistance (HAP) programs in Latin America, providing subject matter expertise to refurbish two large facilities for the U.S. International Narcotics Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) organization in Mexico City, the construction of a 120 person office for the U.S. Military Group in Bogota, Colombia, and providing facilities and base support for INL (U.S. Embassy) in Colombia. The facilities support for INL (U.S. Embassy) in Colombia, included maintaining barracks, landing strips, and helicopter landing pads, and providing military/police general base support maintenance at 23 locations throughout Colombia. Our team includes seasoned architects, engineers, and facilities maintenance personnel.

Administrative Services: We assist the U.S. government with recruiting, training, and deploying logistics and administrative support teams in Latin America. The assistance in Colombia included providing general administration, facilities maintenance, janitorial services, construction, cargo transportation and motor pool, and aviation fuel support at locations throughout Colombia. In Mexico, our focus has been on assisting with organizational and business process design, recruiting personnel, training them, and administering logistics, administrative support teams for the U.S. government.

Logistics Support Services: Our Company’s logistics subject matter experts have experience in traditional business operations and in field environments such as those found in jungle or remote field locations. The logistics services include transporting, receiving, warehousing, distributing, and temporary lodging, providing meal services, and electrical power generation.

Training Services: Training is a critical component for U.S. government organizations. Our training team is composed of people with extensive experience in management, administration, logistics, IT, and law enforcement, and military security tactics.
